This third volume of a four volume series continues with more views of the
Sandy River & Rangeley Lakes Railroad specifically in and around the town
of Phillips, Maine. Many of the scenes shown in here are long gone, only to
be seen here. These books are a valuable reference for modelers, railfans,
historians, and those interested in Maine historical views and information.
Included for the first time in print are excerpts from the actual Receiver's Final Inventory of the road which in many cases includes dimensions and conditions of structures, along with furnishings and equipment in those buildings at the end.
This book has 102 pages, 203 B&W photos, and 21 assorted drawings and trackplans.
This book is spiral bound so it lays flat and has heavy duty, full cover, paper covers and is
8 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" wide.
