This books contains a selection of images of the railroads, the industries,
the tourist sights, and the towns around them.These postcards were originally
B&W photos that were then sent to Germany to be hand colored (sometimes
with color notes and others not) and then printed and sent back to the US.
The beginning of World War 1 in 1914 ended the majority of this business.
